Details:

As Ubuntu 8.04 does not work with the installed git version (1.5.4) change
the help filed accordingly:

install_git.html: Download package git-1.5.3.tar.gz or a higher version.
(exclude 1.5.4)

install_bibledit33_ubuntu8.04.html: Add extra installation of git 1.5.3 with
link to install_git.html

install_bibledit32_kubuntu8.04.html and
install_bibledit31_kubuntu8.04.html: If they use git: Same as for 
install_bibledit33_ubuntu8.04.html

and other pages, which are concerned.
