Details:

The link to this page is wrong, as BE in 3.3.75 does not have any more the
menu item Tools/Resource Converter.

The link in Help/Tools/File/Resources/New/Writing Anchors to
olh_resource_converter.html is sufficient.

-> Take the link Help/Tools/Resource Converter out.
