Details:

Creating a resource out of a simple text file, allows to insert anchors by
the resource converter (I attach a project of this kind), but the file does
not scroll with projects.
This would be a nice way to create resources without any knowledge of the use
of an html editor (such as Kompozer)

-> Let BE browse such text resources too or
- Add the minimal html tags to convert it to html.
