Add to the ubuntu.html page the information:
Bibledit 3.3. on Ubuntu 7.10 with

- libgtk2.0-dev
- libsqlite3-dev
- libpopt-dev
- libxml2-dev
- git-core
- libxul-dev
- libenchant-deve
- libcurl4-openssl-dev

I checked for
- libgtkhtml3.14-dev: it is not installed, but the installation of BE 3.3.49
worked anyway
