Details:

Up to now in the Resource Editor dialog box, there is one line to enter a
fixed home page 
(e.g. index.html)

As 
- in series of books (e.g. Translator's Handbooks) there is quite a bit of
material as introduction to each individual book and
- as there is already a variable defined book names for the constructor
(which uses this variable as <book>

-> allow this variable also be used for the home page 
(e.g. index<book>.html), so when in John (with book defined as JHN) and
clicking on home, the page indexJHN.html will be opened
