Question:
Does English material (with no other characters), which is classified as
Western-Windows or Western-ISO fall also under this catetory?
As far as I remember, the English characters (what was known as lower ASCII
in 'ancient times') are identic with the Unicode (UTF-8?) ones. Is this right?
