Details:

There is no tool for creating anchors for material with marks like:
<book> <chapter>.<verse>. (e.g. 3 John 1.1.) 

Teus:
This type of resource to write the anchors in is not supported yet in
Bibledit. That means that the routine to write the anchors is not yet able to
detect the pattern that you are looking for, and consequently will not give
the correct results.
