Details:

The Help file opened from the Resource Editor dialog box shows the item:
Index file constructor. This corresponds (I suppose) in the Resource Editor
dialog box the option: Write anchors. 

There are also other options in Help, which I cannot find in the  Resource
Editor dialog box (e.g. Testing books, Book names for the anchors.

As the Resource Converter dialog box has it's own help file:

-> Sort out, which help information belongs to the 
- Resource Editor dialog box and the
- Resource Converter dialog box.
