Details:

Some Resources are very similar, e.g. 
- Translator's Notes Display and 
- Translator's Notes Notes
Also their resource settings for BE are similar (in the Resource Editor
dialog box), e.g. the url constructors are:
- TN<book>D4.html#TND <book> <chapter>.<verse>
- TN<book>N4.html#TNN <book> <chapter>.<verse>
The booksnames in the constructor are the same (Jaars/UBS 3-character
codes).

-> Build a tool in BE, which allows to create new Resource settings by
modifying existing ones.
Edit Resources allows to modify existing ones, but when modified/edited, the
previous one is gone.
