Details:

I added several resources during experimenting with the Resource tool, also
UBS-Handbooks from 2 sources.
Now I want to change the name of some of the resources in order to be able to
distinguish them better.
Using the Resource/Edit tool does not allow to change the name of a resource
in the Resource Editor dialog box (Enter the title: greyed out).

-> Build in a Type/Rename feature
