Details:

New resource, type: Retrieve a different URL for each verse. 
Title: UBS-1JH. 
Add files to the resource: Add the proper files to the resource including
their .css files.
For the homepage, for just now the name of the 1 John file could be entered:
ubshbk83.html
URL constructor: ubshbk<book>.html#bible.<book>.<chapter>.<verse>
Through button “Books”, put “83” (without the quotes) at book “1
John”, under the heading “Book in URL”. 
Tick “Anchors are there”, and then click OK in the Resource Editor. 
If resource “UBS-1JH” is now opened in the resource browser, and the book
is 1 John, the resource should show. Try navigating within 1 John and the
resource should be navigated also.
