Details:
Running Sword export will create in the intermittent OSIS file an extraneous
verse in the begin of each chapter. This verse will have a verse number which
is identical to the last verse number of the previous chapter and it appears
directly after verse 0:

</chapter 1>
<chapter 2>
<verse 0>
<verse 31>
<verse 1>
....
