Details:

It used to be that when opening a new book that BE would start in 1:1.

Now it starts in 1: and the last verse in that chapter.

When speech occurs when a unit dies, the unit reappears in case the unit is
speaking, and/or other units are speaking to that unit. I don't think this is
really a problem.
