Follow-up Comment #13, task #7972 (project bibledit):

It is good to hear that things are starting to work. Hopefully it is going to
work perfectly.

Yes, there is a means of setting up the v style so that it restarts the
paragraph.

So it seems then that the following two things are needed to make it work:

The v style exports to OpenDocument starting a new paragraph, and produces a
blank line for new paragraphs.

Will try to implement this.
