Follow-up Comment #9, task #7972 (project bibledit):

In tomorrow's version (3.2.39), the import raw text dialog has an extra
option to filter text. The filter will modify text. It can be a TECkit
mapping, a sed script, or any other script. This should give you the option to
solve the problem that you described:

"In our GoogleDocs, I have paragraphs marked as a blank cell. When the plain
text from this is imported into the import box, two blank lines are inserted.
So if the import routine would assume that one or more blank lines = p, it
would save me a lot of time."

Being lazy I just provided the option to modify the text using a filter, I
didn't go into details as to how the filter should look. It is hope that one
of the TECkit gurus will provide you with help, or anybody else on the lists.
It must be added though that the filter does not touch any usfm marks that may
be in the text. This implies that USFM marks that are already there won't be
changed, and this means that the filter should be applied before the USFM text
has been discovered.

Hope this helps.

Remaining steps so far:

1. Create export routine to GoogleDocs.
