Details:

I am working on a project that has cross references and two kinds of
footnotes. When I click on a footnote number, I am almost always transfered to
the very bottom of the footnote section of the chapter. Sometimes when I
scroll above, I see that the cursor is on the footnote that I wanted, but the
view misses that footnote by a mile.
