Details:

Having a text with a Major Section and Section Heading in the same verse
(e.g. German Good News Mat 4:22):

\v 22 und sofort verließen sie das Boot und ihren Vater und folgten ihm.
\ms JESUS LEHRT: DIE BERGPREDIGT (4,23-7,29)
\s Jesus lehrt und heilt, um ihn sammelt sich das Volk
\r (Mk 3,7-12; Lk 6,17-19)

\v 23 Jesus zog durch ganz \w Galiläa\w*. Er lehrte in den \w Synagogen\w*
und verkündete die ....

does not allow to navigate to the Major section by the Outline Tab in the
tools area. The text jumps immediately to the section heading in the same
verse.

-> Allow to navigate also major levels if section headings are in the same
verse
