                  Status:             In Progress => Ready For Test         
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #1:

It has been improved, this initialization of the date.
If any of the two dates is found uninitialized, then it is initialized to the
date of the oldest revision in the git repository. Effectually this means that
if changes are requested for the first time since last review, all changes are
shown.
