Details:
In BE 3.2.13, the merge tool has lost its merge-options.
Here is, what I did:
Created 2 new projects (s1, s2), imported in both only one book Jude, with
only the text 1:1: Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ and the older brother of
James, to those who ...
Now I made changes in different words in s1 and s2 and also in the same word
in both.
Whatever I try, the Master is always copied to the Edited project
(regardless, which was edited first or as second project), it does not any
more open the dialog with the choices between 2 alternatives.
-> Check it out, if Merge is still working OK, or give me a simple example
how to see it work
