This is a matter of the Window Manager in Ubuntu, which differs from the one
in Kubuntu. The code of Bibledit is correct, and Ubuntu's window manager
correctly display "Information" as the title of that dialog. But Kubuntu's
window manager fails to do that.

The workaround I found was that on Kubuntu's taskbar the dialog is visible.
When clicking on it, it comes to the front, and can be closed.

This matter ought to be raised with the Kubuntu people, who in turn can raise
it with the appropriate window manager people.
