Details:

In BE 3.1.54:File/Project/Changes/View Changes since last review done:
Stays on the same date, regardless the changes I have looked at: 
- (Kubuntu 7.10): 7. April 2008, 
- Ubuntu 7.10: 1 January 1970
This is I can look at changes, but the date does not change the date/Time in
'View Changes since last review done' in the changes dialog box.
