[be] [bug #22949] Merge tool not working properly

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #22949 (project bibledit):

Yes, the attachment is there, and I looked at it. 

Will you also be able to paste the raw usfm text of the two projects into
this bug? I know you said it is the same, but I just wonder what the cause of
this problem could be and would like to be sure that I use exactly the same
USFM code as you do. Once the problem has been identified, I could work on a
solution.
