Initial Comment:
BE has Menu/Preferences/Features, 
with three options:
- Only the basics available
- Full features are available
- User defined features

I checked in the Help File,
In Help/Tools/Preferences there is no page for features.

-> Add the page 'features' to the helpfil with a list of what the basic 
features are.
