Initial Comment:
In File/Project the last menu items are:
- Compare with
- Parallel Bible
- Backup
- Changes
- Merge
as Compare with, Parallel Bible, Changes and Merge have all to do with 
comparing:

-> put them together, e.g.
- Backup
- Parallel Bible
- Compare with
- Changes
- Merge
I changed also the order of Compare with and Parallel Bible, as 
- Parallel Bible: is the more general one (allows to use more bibles),
- Compare with: only compare 2 texts and
- Changes: works with a single text.
