Summary: verse-by verse output with double spacing

1) a verse-by verse output with double spacing, for correcting/checking
things.
This is already possible using a workaround. For example if you would search
for " " (a space), then all verses would be selected in the reference area.
Printing out these references would give all verses verse-by-verse. Then the
double spacing can be achieved by setting the Line height to 200% under View /
Font & Color / Printer. I've put in a feature request for you so that it can
print this without that workaround.
