Initial Comment:
When using the tool View/Usfm Code, the View USFM Code dialog box displays the 
chapter beginning with the first verse. But as soon a hotkeys for navigation is 
used (e.g. Up/Down-arrow, the last verse is activated.

-> let the first vers of a chapter be activated, who is also displayed when the 
View USFM Code dialog box opens.
