What's new?
* BHL 1.4.2 is much more XEmacs users friendly.
* Major bug fix concerning the conversion of verbatim environments
(thanks to Massimiliano).
* the conversion of tables goes faster, and tables are now well
indented in the HTML output.
* A dangerous remaining `fset' has been removed.
