[Bayonne-devel] 0.5.1 released with python libexec

I released 0.5.1 today with the new python libexec module.  I have also 
updated perl and python libexec with file name expansion rules so that 
one can build local functions to manipulate audio files which do not 
have to "round trip" to the server, and that can use the same file 
naming conventions as Bayonne.
