Any option for redhat/fedora distributions? What about compiling the openh323 & pwlib packages from source?

The easiest way is to start from debian testing, and also using the
testing branch version of Bayonne.  From debian testing, you can apt-get
openh323-dev, and that has all you need from there.  You would also need
to build a current release of Common C++ on the box.
