[Bayonne-devel] Hangup and bayonne

Hi all,
        we have a really odd problem with bayonne.

We tried the following two setups:
bayonne 1.2.11, common C++ 1.0.13, ccaudio 1.1.1, ccscript 2.5.6
bayonne 200040818, common C++ "2" 1.2.4, ccaudio 1.1.1., ccscript 2.5.6

with different O.S. and Dialogic drivers:
Redhat 7.2, kernel 2.4.9-31, LiS 2.13.16, Dialogic 5.1 + SP1 (with both the
above setups)
Redhat 7.3, kernel 2.4.18-5, LiS-2.15.2, Dialogic 5.1 + SP1 + FP1 (only with
the first setup)

on two different servers.

For our tests, we used two Dialogic D/41EPCI with different external phone
lines (provided by Telecom Italia through the NT1Plus network terminations)
and many self-written scripts.

We always found out that bayonne hangs up the call, even though the caller
hasn't hang up. This event can happen anyway during the call (after a few
seconds, after a few minutes). The log reports the hangup event and the
scripts execute the ^hangup event.

It does not matter if we use or comment the hangup tone detection parameters
in the [Dialogic] section of /etc/bayonne.conf.

Using the dummy driver we verified that the scripts do not show such
behaviour.

Dialogic demos for analog lines, such as the voice horoscope or ansr, do not
show such behaviour too.

Therefore we think it is a bayonne bug (pardon me if I'm wrong), since this
happens with so many different setups.

Has someone in Italy a setup and a board like ours? Hasn't he detected such
a strange behaviour?

Bye,

Andrea.
