[Babe-coredevel] Babe version 0.0.3

Hello All,
the latest version of Babe (0.0.3) is available via cvs or from here:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/babe/babe.pkg/0.0.3

New additions include:
* Boolean Logic for configurations
* New (almost completed) API for input and output modules
* Updated existing modules to reflect API change
* Other changes, see ChangeLog

The next step is going to be to integrate some of Professor Raskin's
ontological work into the core API, so that inferences can be made about data.
If you have some time please read some of the documentation from cvs (under
docs) and let me know what you think. Thanks.
