Details:

avrdude version 6.0.1 reports

avrdude: safemode: Fuses OK (H:FF, E:99, L:EF)

however extended fuse value is swapped with high fuse value, in fact if you
explicitely read those with -U hfuse:r and efuse:r you obtain the correct
values.
