Programmer: usbasp

Using the same parameters as for ATMEGA64, that are '-p m64'   and
'-c usbasp'.

Using eepe front-end to avrdude.

I do not have it here with me, but at night I will post more details
(error mesages etc, and will try -vvvv ).
