Details:
The default value for the efuse write in avrdude.conf is incorrect for the
at90pwm2, at90pwm3, at90pwm2b and at90pwm3b parts. Only the first bit is taken
as input while all others are written as zero.
This can be particularly destructive on this part since it will program the
bits for default reset behaviour for the PSC's (power stage controllers).
Incorrect reset configuration can be a safety hazard.
The attached patch will correctly take as input bits 0, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 of
the extended fuse byte for all four parts.
