Subject says it all. To all you MacOS X users, does

work for you? If so, I'm going to integrate it, but I don't have any
option to test it. I don't quite understand why the patched
configure.ac wants to test for "main" rather than
"usb_get_string_simple" (which was not present in early versions of
libusb), so I reverted that check. I also fixed the quotation so it's
consistent with the remainder. Finally, Thomas' original patch did no
longer apply due to the recent changes to avoid linking libusb into
the binaries located in the windows/ subdirectory.
I uploaded a new version of the patch.
