[avrdude-dev] How about changing the "stk500" programmer to V2 by default?

Subject says it all.  STK500 version 2 firmware has been out for quite
a while now, and version 1 programmers are probably in the minority
these days.

What do people think about changing the default for the next AVRDUDE
release, so "stk500" will become an alias for "stk500v2", while a
new name "stk500v1" would refer to the old protocol?
