[avrdude-dev] jtagmkii not working for me

I have a JTAGICE MKII serial interface which works fine with
avarice but fails with avrdude. Both programs use the serial
interface at 19200 bauds.

$ avrdude -P /dev/ttyS0 -c jtagmkii -p m128 -vvv

Defaulting JTAG bitrate to 1 MHz. Make sure that the target
frequency is at least 4 MHz or you will likely encounter failures
controlling the target.
