Hi,
Has anyone looked at the memory programming commands for the
AT90CAN128? I was adding the AT90CAN128 chip to the avrdude.conf file
this evening when I noted that for the command definitions for this
chip, there are fewer address bits in the command encoding than for
the ATmega128. Since the memories on these two chips I thought were
supposed to be the same, i.e., each has 128K flash, 4K EEPROM, I was a
bit surprised by this. Any thoughts - maybe it is just a datasheet
error? I'm using the latest datasheet from Atmel's site which they
still refer to as "preliminary" and is dated 7/04.
Also, is anyone aware of any particular minimum STK500 firmware
revision that might be needed to program this chip?
