Hi,

I've committed the attached.

Avrdude can now erase, download, upload, verify programs using the avr910 
type programmers (mcu00100, pavr, etc).

I've only tested with a 8515 device. I haven't tested rd/wr of the eeprom 
yet.

Programming and downloading times are comparable to uisp. uisp is a few
tenths of a second faster, but who cares (that extra time is the cost of
reading the config file I suspect).

Still need to look into handling fuse operations though. I think the avr910 
protocol is a bit limited there though. Can only deal with a single fuse 
byte.
