See attached patch. (already committed).

Basically, every chapter, section, subsection, subsubsection, etc needs to 
have a @node tag. Also, each unit with a sub unit, needs a

@menu
@end menu

You can give @node with only a single arg (the node name), then use emacs to 
fill in the rest with 'C-c C-u C-e' (update every node).

To insert a menu, just add what I show above, then use emacs 'C-c C-u C-a' 
(update all menus).

For good measure, I also throw in a 'C-u C-c C-u C-m' (update all).

These are all accesible from the Texinfo menu.

:)Sorry about that.  It ran through texi2dvi and also through pdftex.
:)However, I did notice that pdftex seemed to produce a .toc file that
:)texi2dvi didn't like.  Deleting the old .toc file and re-running
:)texi2dvi works.

Was this before or after my changes?
