[avr-libc-dev] Adding sections to default linker script for >64kB FLASH devices

A year ago I proposed adding sections for easier placement of larger portions 
of constant data into AVR devices with >64kB of FLASH, to be accessed by the 
Carlos Lamas' _PF class of functions, and similar functions derived from them. 
There were also some associated changes in the respective header file and a few 
functions.
