avr-libc-dev is OK.  However, you've used your debian.org address to
subscribe, but are posting from another address.  Hint: in order to
get both addresses as valid posting addresses, subscribe again with
the second one, then log into the Web interface, and check the "no
mail" mark, so your address will be automatically accepted yet you
don't get the mails another time to that address.
