[avr-libc-dev] xmega devices have power_aes_enable()/disable() commented

Hello,

Quick check shows that for xmega (all?) have power_aes_enable() and 
power_aes_disable() methods commented in power.h


The changes were made when xmega was newly supported in avr-libc in revision 
1657. Diff:

I have referred to xmega A reference manual. It seemed to have power reduction 
registers set and AES bits defined. Any particular reason why these methods 
have been disabled?
