Follow-up Comment #15, bug #30363 (project avr-libc): Final patch, version 3 attached. Previous patch has the issue that if no optimization is used when building the application with the compiler that has builtin_avr_delay_cycles() support, no code is produced. This patch fixes the issue. Patch tested.
