The original bug was not about incorrect address of ADC/ADCW. It only reported 
that ADCW was not defined. Ideally, ADCW should reuse the value of ADC (which 
is present in XML device file). However, Frederic's patch used different 
values. (XML device file of ATTiny43U does match device header file before and 
after the fix).
