[avr-libc-dev] testsuite failures

With a bit of fiddling for those testscripts that failed in the
AT90S8515 simulation due to resource exhaustion on that rather small
controller, the testsuite now causes the following failures:

Simulate: avr/eeprom-1.c at90s2313 ... storage.c:97: ERROR: address out of

*** simulate failed: -1

Dmitry, do you have any opinion about whether something out of the
above list is really critical?
