In AVR-LibC, PRTIM0 is defined as 2 for the Attiny13A and PRSPI is defined
as 1, but according to the Atmel documentation, PRTIM0 is 1 and there's no
PRSPI for that chip.
The values may be incorrect for other processors as well, but I haven't
checked.
