On the PWMx16, every vector is 2 words big. The MCU has 32 vectors,
therefore 32*2 words = 32*4 bytes is correct. 

I also crosschecked this with my project (for which I initially ported
gcc for the PWMx16). You can do that too: count the vectors in your
attatched files:
