Follow-up Comment #1, bug #22870 (project avr-libc):

This is also a problem for the 644P.  Appears that some of the processor
defines were removed after:

#if defined(__AVR_AT90CAN128__) 

I added back in the __AVR_ATmega644P__ line in my version of wdt.h and this
fixed the problem in my project.
