Sorry, it was not clear to me that this list does not cover the
differences between 1.4 and 1.6.  I took it from the NEWS file where
you wrote it down in revision 1.236 (under "Main changes from 1.4 to
1.5").  As 1.5 was only the development branch which simply got
renamed into 1.6 by time of public release, I replaced the 1.5 by a
1.6.

The changes-1.6.html file is just the respective piece from NEWS, with
a minimal bit of HTML markup added.

If you want to change it, feel free to just change the HTML file (but
please don't change past entries in NEWS).  It's located under

cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/web/avr-libc/changes-1.6.html

Please be careful to never change anything under user-manual/ and/or
examples/ directly in that repository.  See the file
README.htmldocs.txt there.
